Whether you’re visiting the Grand Strand for the holidays or you live here year-round, there are many dog-friendly things to do! Our team here at Coastal Paws Pet Resort has put together a list of dog-friendly things that are fun to do this time of year. Of course, if you need time to yourself this holiday season we offer doggie daycare and boarding!
Take A Walk On The Beach
From the day after Labor Day to April 30 each year, dogs are allowed on the beach at any time of day! Get outside and enjoy the beautiful sandy shores of the Grand Strand with your pup.
Barc Park (North & South)
Let your pup loose in this fenced-in dog park with a separate area for smaller dogs! These parks have a drinking fountain, waste bags, and plenty of shade. Located on the north end and south end of Myrtle Beach, these parks are a great way to let your pooch burn off some much-needed energy.
Enjoy A Bite To Eat Outdoors
Many restaurants along the Grand Strand offer dog-friendly outdoor seating so you can enjoy a delicious meal with your precious pup. For a list of dog-friendly restaurants in Myrtle Beach, click here.
Take A Stroll Through Market Common
Enjoy an afternoon stroll around Market Common! There are many sidewalks and trails for you to explore along with shops and restaurants. Valor Park in Market Common is known to host different types of events throughout the year, so you never know what you might find when visiting!
While there are many more things you can do with your pup throughout the Grand Strand, these things should get you started. For all your dog boarding and dog daycare needs, our team here at Coastal Paws Pet Resort is the team to call!
